There’s nothing in the automotive catalog sexier than a roadster, save for the female vixen in a bikini on the corner of the page enticing us to have one parked in our garage, we mean the roadster, not the model. Some of the Skoda designers downed some creative juices and produced the Fabia RS 2000 roadster concept that is probably one of the sexiest roadsters in a long time.

Although the wheel arches and name suggest it’s based on the Fabia S2000, the concept is built upon a production Fabia RS hatch that had its roof chopped and was fitted with a wide body kit that mimics the wheel arches of its S2000 spec brother.

Tucked under the arches are a set of 18-inch alloys powder-coated to match the rollers used on the S2000 car. On the inside, it’s all business with four individual bucket seats in place fitted with racing harnesses and a splash of carbon fiber trim.

Under the vented hood sits the 2-liter turbocharged four banger that pushes out over 200hp, although there aren’t any indications if the concept’s engine has been further tuned. We have to admit the angular rake of the side profile gives this bland hatch some much needed sex appeal and actually looks pretty stunning.

Now all we need is an S2000 spec version of this concept, complete with a roll cage popping out just over the side glass.
