Seeking Advice on Alpine Products

Hi, I am a newbie here. Just want to ask something about Alpine products.I have gone to 3 ICE shops selling Alpine sets and all of them were made in China. Is there any shop that is selling Alpine products made in Japan (always not very confident with something made in China). Another thing, I also saw 1 shop is selling Alpine 4 channel amp (MRV F345) at RM 1.2k only and another 2 ICE shops are selling it for RM 1.8k. Why so much price different (is the 1st one selling replica or fake one?)

price difference between shops? Could be due to many reasons eg. profit mark-up, cost includes installation etc.

but i dont think u get made in japan again.

but why worry if it is original Alpine with warranty?

Japan made 1 aa... 7990, 7998, MRV-F900 lorrr... for F345 RM1.2K is standard market price... if RM1.8K that not standard but SOTONG price... to determine either fake or not ... just check behind the stuff ... should have Wong Kee Hong sticker.. coz Wong Kee Hong is authorized distrubutor in Malaysia & Singapore for Alpine product...

i think japan made alpine's are only for the F1 series...everything else china already...and about F345...don't get anything above rm1.2k...plus like all mentioned above...make sure Wong Kee Hong sticker and warranty...

yup, only F1 made in japan or USA, others all china made

As I know only F#1 & Phantom Face HU production still in Japan... F#1 2001-03 = 7990 (HU), H900 (Pro) & F900 (Amp)... >2004 = 9990 (HU), H990 (Pro), F900 (Amp) & Z18T (Comp)... HU 7998R (Phantom face)

You oledi known this is fake stuff... normally fake stuff don't have authorized distributor... so how this stuff enter to our market... as I know Accs Shop or personal ppl will bring/import it in lot quantity from where don't ask laa... then sale it to consumer c/w 1 yr warranty somemore. Did they set-up services center here... sure not laa... the warranty from where... the manufacturer (which did know who) or saler... this amp for me like pampers 1... did you know pampers...
