There are several brands and types of sleeves ranging from RM800 to RM2000 a sleeve. Really depends on who you do it with and how much they charge for the type of sleeve used.

Sometimes, the total price of 3 used cars can't even matched with a brand new conti car.
For my case, my colleague's Honda superbike cost more than my daily ride...

I have a friend, married, have a kid too and still has his own rig and still playing latest PC games and enjoying his life. So don't give a crap to what people say. Not everyone follow the norm of growing up, get married, have a family and give up mostly all that you love for? To me that is full of crap
