my younger brother is getting a satria...
wat i told him was 2 look 4 a old 1996 satria cheap cheap...
transplant a new heart...mod the interior n xterior...new paint n some ICE...

wat do u guys think?o izit better 2 buy a newer...mayb 2000(dun wan siemen vdo model)....

buy 1.6 year 94/95 cheaper, then can convert EVO what coz 1.6, if 1.5 also cannot go for GSR...

for exterior use mirage asti, very nice la with crystal head lamp n full lips.... wahh can 'leleh air- liur' hehehe... ;)

the xterior juz change 2 GTi can edi...

2.dunno the condition of the engine...
3.mileage might be high..

but.. getting halfcuts also u dont know the conditions.. then.. at least.. important parts like timing belt/ air cond belt / gbox oil / leaking/ gasket/ bla..bla..bla.. still have to change upon transplanting..

can do the same on new car u buy.. :)

[/b][/quote] me thinks buying a transplanted car not a good deal lor... i mean if you think about it, usually the nice parts also take out liao so only left those not so good or even spoilt stuffs... well, maybe you get your mech or buddy along and check properly... if 2nd hand car, try to get stock ler... just what me thinks... :)

4G93t engine kosong + Boost controller + Boost meter

within 4000 u can get such a good deal, and by the way, more ppl will look for 4G9X series rather than the 4G1X series

by the way, from 1.6 to 1.8 is totally legal, so no hassle
