Run-In Engine After Overhaul (4G92 MIVEC)

Hi.

Could any ZTH members advise me how should I run-in a MIVEC engine ?

dont speed above 90km/h and dont rev above 3000rpm for min 5000km if newly overhauled engine... if possible run-in for 10000km
may my 1cts advice help u...
