hehehe, actually they have "got" our permission bro...
They got it from the "rakyat mandate" during the last general election.
This issue no need to get approval in Dewan Rakyat, as BN have enough votes (more than 2/3) of the Dewan. Just need to be tabled and passed in Cabinet Meeting (no opposition Minister).

I dont blame PM 100% on this matter, caused nobody in Cabinet (or worst in BN) is against this issue. No Minister or BN ADUN/MP stood up to say it's not right... For those against the decision, will be put in cold storage and wont get anymore the nomination as BN candidate for next election.
They need to take care their "periuk belanga" as well:thefinger:

last year petronas profit 90 billion

Liar!

Just like car when the car is 1597 cc it will be categorised as 1600 - bring it to the nearer thousand.

Assuming the petrol is actually RON 92.5 it will still be categorised as RON 95, right?

There are many cars got "knocking" when use RON 95 when the car was built to run RON 95 octane. I agree with you that our petrol is beow RON 95 rating.

Many of them are trying to solve the knocking problem by adding octane booster to RON 95.

You can try ENEOS at Jaya Jusco or any "reputabe" car tuner (mechanic).

My advice don't buy "cap ayam brand".

u rnt factoring the surrounding temperature, higher surrounding temperature will increase the intake temperature. hotter intake temperature may produce ping on an aggressive tuned engine, especially those tuned for 97. one more thing, u need to engage accordingly to the revv and speed to avoid ping, if dis isnt done properly, it will even ping with a higher ron fuel.

plus, i believe if its stated there 95, it is 95. iam not gonna waste my time being sceptical about sumthing i cant control/change. ive never had to add anything to any ron95 i fill up

problem with Ron97.

How to tune my bike not to knock during max rpm even though use RON97?
