We will try to origanise a lunch with team RE-Amemiya, our Johor commitee member is helping us on this. Anyone got any info, do share. Mutiara contact's, person in charge. etc...

i m not sure my source is reliable. M7 invited RE-Amemiya Team to JB to test their M7 time attack machines (Evo, Impreza), so that's not Rotary related to this event (i hope is not true). of coz i m hope we got the chance to meet ama-san and have autograph session with them.
for those who need a long drive from kl to jb for the event.. may i suggest to rent a car carrier (it should be carried 8 cars) and the attendants can fly straight (or rent a comfy bus) to JB, pick up near the airport, drive their car to the venue.. and drive back to kl after the event..
As the distance between KL-JB is about 294.5km and the toll fare will be RM40.90 (x2 for return, info from PLUS website), add up 2 times full tank of ron 97 which cost about rm364 (based on 65llitres per tank), so total damage to ur wallet will be roughly RM446. That is excluding all the small expenses at R&R during the trip.. so i was thinking can it be cheaper if we use carrier?
There are a couple of options
1) drive down and up and pay RM450 + effort
2) send cars down and up and fly there. AA is about rm179 (return fare) per person so + maybe rm250 for carrier (im 127.84% don know how much for a big carrier will charged so im just taking a guess of rm2000 divided 8 so i get rm250 each, anyone who knows the price well pls advise). in total it cost rm429 pp but it would be a relaxing trip.
3) send cars down, fly there, and drive back to kl.. carrier (lets say rm1500/8, as one way is slightly cheaper i guess). we get rm187.50 pp + fuel rm182 + toll rm40.90 + flight rm88 = rm498.40 (doesnt seem logic when i typed till here for option 3 as it is more expensive but since it is only suggestion so i do not bother delete it after the hard calculation :P hahah)
4) we use buses instead of plane, again this time im 138.22% don know the pricing of the chartered bus so can anyone pls advise?
As some members here aldy know im located at melaka so im only being busybody to make some calculations for the damage if kl members are going to the event.. anyhow its only my very humble suggestions so pls do not shoot me if i get anything wrong..
