Hey anyone currently flying RC aircraft?

I have a Thunder Tiger Trainer 40 (glow) and coming soon, a GWS Spitfire (electric). I mostly play at Nilai but I heard that there are people flying aircraft in Kajang too.

Lol I'm still noob. Just wondering if anyone is also into RC aircraft. Maintenance is cheaper than RC cars if you don't crash

hahahahah that is a very subjective IF and you being a noob your IF looks very fragile cause you WILL crash FOR SURE hence maintenance WILL be more than on-road hahahahahah.........sorry to burst your bubble.

I've come across this kind of DIY project before in a final year project exhibition. The guy was doing aeriel survellience using balloons.

Where did you get the gas? I was thinking of making a blimp like the hindenburg and making it rc.

It looks kinda hard to manouver cause your rotors are only attacehd to the ballon with a piece of strings.

Are you doing Mechanical Engineering? Diploma?

Maybe you should try and build a wire cage around the balloon so that it's securely attached to whatever electronics you have. You don't want the string to break when you have the camera up in the air.

Hey try filling up your tyres with helium. Lighter. Just joking la.
