Not the S204's, the normal sti's do come with the genome sti meters tho.

can u find the RAREST car in malaysia?

for example: Lancia Stratos?

lol those cars are in car junkyards.. or left in dust in some homes..
But there is no Lancia Stratos in Malaysia, besides there isn't any Lancia vehicle here that I've seen. Maybe there are, like just one or two, with Diplomat plates, but those aren't performance/rarity Lancias.

Shelby GT350R or GT500?
Well I doubt there's neither in Malaysia, when Mustangs themselves are so rare.
Maybe there are, but replicas ('66 Mustangs,etc. with the Shelby kits)
Could be found in Johor or the Langkawi area, I think.
(Langkawi has some cars which Kuala Lumpur doesn't have, like Countachs, XJ220s, Bugatti EB110s, etc.)

About modern exotics, well there are so many rare ones here (only unit in the country, etc)

Some people say they saw WLV*** (famous JP Chin's plate) on a Zonda once before.
Well since that plate is now on a Ferrari 599GTB, it could be true that the plate was also once on a Zonda.

Maybe that car went on and found its new owner who gave it the MM* plate?

Well, the blue Zonda at Naza, I saw that car there long time after I have seen pics of the Zonda already on road.

So definitely, there is two or three Zondas in Malaysia, one confirmed registered and on-road.
