any1 saw this clutch b4? (usually i saw the silver 1)

1. What are the different between this clutch (Red) and other exedy clutch? (Silver)
2. is it Fake (china product)? i cant see 'exedy' / made in japan wording on plate/cover.
3. anyone use it? (Red) review pls..

maybe the red 1 is recond unit.....ive seen the red ones in eneos before.

donno about the pricing (red), but the silver 1 around 9++
