taikor, ur NGK G-Power plugs cost rm38 only??... last time i bought mine for rm48....

whats the difference in performance between oem manifold and Hotbits front manifold??.... still on standard carb??...

the standard saga (Megavalve) comes with a 2 to 1 extractor where by the after combustion has limited space to go thru thus not giving perfect blow out.

Where by hotbits extractor is a 4 to 2 to 1. whereby every piston has their own dedicated exhaust port. informed to me by speedworks that by changing the extractor i'm able to experiance 5-15 Horsepower difference.

anyway i will be doing dyno testing in a months time. will keep you informed.

RM 48? expensive lee.. get at the PJ Oldtown supplier is cheaper. once he give you a price you tekan a bit, sure he give somemore and i'm a regular there.

wah..pretty modded bro.....great job

but mind me ask u some question bro..i hv a 1988 saga 8V 4g15....isit suitable to drop in a 4-2-1 extrator...if it is wats the suitable outlet size for the extrator??isit 1.5"???a suitable piping size oso isit 1.5"

current mode of my car is
14" lightweight rims
spark plug cable
grouding+voltage stabilizer
stabilizer bar front
full kayaba abs and apm sport springs
alpine head unit with 2 amps
JBL gto series front component
2 10" subs boschmann
RS muffler
michiba head light with relay
aaaaaaa...well..i guess i stop here

????... so the manifold u meant is extractor/headers arrr???.....
i thought intake manifold pulak....

Skywalker,

yup extractor. heheh sorry for confusing you cause me last time bike mechanic so very used to the word manifold :P.

Eujin,

no problemo dude :) , actually if you read the exhaust thread you will understand the below :

1.> Front Extractor = More torque & HP as easy air flow after combustion. HP gain around 5-15HP depends on type and model of the extractor. Hotbits is race proven item.

2.> Middle Bullet = to cut off all the not good gasses and stuffs that effects our enviroment.

3.> Back exhaust pipe = determines the sound of the car.

To all the sifu's correct me if my statement is wrong.

It is good if you put in a 4-2-1 extractor if you wish you have the extra 5-15 hp and if you want to save fuel then pls dont put in any race type air filter. just use the normal one but add in CAI (Cold Air Intake)

to your next question it will be best if you could contact "speedworks" directly to enquire on the piping size. for me it's 1.5" from extractor to the back muffler. except for the combination points.
