VAFC?As with all sensors reading the TPS, it needs to be calibrated, since the voltage for off-throttle and full throttle is different.. it's not very accurate, but it's usually not very far off.. maybe in the region of 1%.I'd say check the wires.. and I assume you know the correct reading for the resistance of the TPS sensor at shut throttle plate when you mount the thing on the throttle body already?If it's already correct, it might be that irregular voltage going into the TPS sensor due to various other problems (wiring/short-circuit/etc/etc)Use the VAFC sensor check feature to find out (assuming you did wire the thing correctly)Could be other problems though.
