i don't drive a porsche but i'll be driving a vw beetle soon.

just looking for options for an engine upgrade...so far my best bet would be a 13b engine from Mazda ;)

Well in my opinion it won't be a VW as you have changed it heart / engine. If you can retain its original form. tweak the hell out of it. Enjoy the glamour of owning a Beetle and of course have its fair share of problems....

in my honest opinion, regardless of any heart a car may have... it seems that only a true aircooled enthusiast will stick to its original flesh and blood but as for me ;) i want the bug to go beyond, sort or like mahathir after the heart transplant heheh...besides, we've seen the bug with lots of other engine for that matter, toyota, honda, subaru and even the V8's... and not just the VWs, Mercs, Volvos and Beemer do it too with the Nissan's engine...it all depends on your preferrences as well though :)

but no offence what so over...it's the bug that we love and we would do everything nice to it to make it put a smile back on your face :)
