Got saman, settle it legally. I never trusted any kind of runners. The way you explain it, I don't see how you're going to get your cash back. If you're that desperate to get this guy, hire a hitman and hunt him out. I realize that in malaysia, some things needs to be done the mafia way.

can you get his address from his phone number or account number?
in your report you should state his phone num & account num..
then try to ask bank(use police report) for his address or freeze his accnt...
if cannot, try to ask someone/friend who work with tht bank..
get help from him..
