Performance part shop at bintulu ? recommand ?

any recommand ? like expert in tunning emanage , install , and advice. look like mostly car acc shop are only selling plug and play stuff like surbo , air compressor ,
i would like to find a sifu at bintulu because i am too noob in this thing.. i really can't get nice adivce and what to do.. >.<
