i am using a 4g15 engine, tempet needs to be done...how much?, i was planning to go to another shop next week but if u offer me a good price why not....also need to change the timing belt and tune the engine. also when adjusting the tempet do you do the grind valve as well?

i am not technical, so please bear with me. PM me for details, i am going outstation next week and wont be back for a month....
