hi can any one help me with Yokohama Advan Siena SR-01 center caps as in pic i need to buy as mine were stolen thanks

i read some articles bout someone having it in the car

can I ask what does it actually mean ?
it will switch off the battery so that the car won't turn on if not on ?

Mine is oil temp meter ~ but the problem is !!!
i read from the manual itz say only water temp need to cut hose between the radiator and engine then put a adaptor...
