After months of spy shots, the next generation Mercedes-Benz CLS sports sedan has finally been officially <del datetime="2010-08-18T06:08:30+00:00">revealed</del> leaked. Even though Stuttgart has not yet released any information on the new CLS, a leak of the car's official brochure gives us a view of the production-ready version inside and out.
The car is scheduled for a world premiere at the Paris Auto Show next month.
The car's overall design clearly shows its lineage from the original CLS. The new sloping front and rear fascia as well as the car's interior is reminiscent of the CLS Shooting Brake Concept shown back in April, in fact not much has changed.
The mechanicals of the new CLS will be based on the E-Class and the duo will share similar engines that include a V6 turbo diesel, a V6 and V8 petrol engines and of course a range topping AMG variant that will be powered by Stuttgart's all-new 5.5-liter bi-turbocharged V8 engine deliver somewhere around 540hp in standard form and 570hp with the optional performance package.
