I have a Compaq Armada M300 for sale.

The spec is as below

RAM: 320Meg RAM
Hard disk: 20gig
Port: LAN, modem, usb, PCMCIA, parallel, serial, infra red & PS/2
Docking station: CDROM & floppy
Battery: Last 2 hours (batt a few months old).
Price: Asking RM1700 nego (REVISED)
The M300 is very slim & good looking. The unit is in tip top condition and everything works. This model is very rare in the market. I am including an original docking station with CDROM & floppy inside together. Not many used M300 in the market comes with docking station.
