I need your guys expertise...

Me now driving toyota camry 2.2 (1997 type) but i would like to change to Honda Civic EG.

Toyota Camry 2.2 (5S-FE)=135 hp @ 5400 rpm,145 lb-ft @ 4400 rpm

Honda Civic EG 1.6 (B16A)=168 hp @ 7800 rpm,116 lb-ft @ 7300 rpm

which 1 is faster..?

Thanks for viewing my thread.

faster would definitely be the EG. but when it comes to long distance driving the torque from the toyota would relax your feet all the way without pushing too much.

honda civic 1.6=road tax murah...rm90only...hehehehe
toyota camry 2.2=road tax mahaiii.....hehehehe

depend on u laahhh...
in term of fast...surely go for EG.

both car also fast on highway cruise, mayb camry is more comfortable also, but that civic perhaps accelerate better laa than camry....

eh hv u post this question in toyota forum kah?....what they say?...

I'm not buying that, camry is a very comfortable car. Not only you loose the comfortability, you also giving up a 10 years old camry for a almost 20 years old civic?

But again, it's your money and your choice. hehehe....

Like my answerlah.. like hikaru said.. 10 years old car for 20 years old car? some thing wrong somewherelah..

Anyway... I still say toyota faster.. must be right.. 2.2 litres woh.. hehehe...

Indeed, if you let go the camry for the brand new 8G civic then I'll raise both my thumbs or else I'm wondering what have you been smoking.

At least get an EK and not an EG. Old car will give you alot of problems. Even my EK is starting to show signs of age.

keep that camry and buy that EG....cheap maa kan over there hehehehhe

Yeah i go with bro Kikaider's opinion. Unless your able to find an EG with a very careful and caring owner la.

Camry more torque at lower rev range...better for daily driving. B16A torque at low rev aiyo... no good la haha. 2.2 litres vs 1.6 ...no fight la heheheh :tongwink:
