Ok, try with your original ECU (but u may need to re-tune lower or if can re-flash to compensate for your current set-up). Your 3.75 bar fuel pressure is at what gear? And at what boost and rpm?

What fuel injector and fuel pump rating u using? Do u have a wideband A/F ratio meter installed?

Do u have friends that can lend u a standalone ECU if your original EUC still stock?

Btw, do they have a dyno machine in Kuching?
thats is the prob..there is no dyno in kuching...im not sure about the fuel pump rating...n i dont have wideband a/f ratio meter....as for the fuel press it is when the engine start...but my mech said hi already tune my pressure using his computer and he said there is nothing wrong..but before this my fuel press is 6.75 when the engine start...
 
Creedle, so what's the status of your ride? when u boost on 5th gear, What's the fuel pressure then?
 
Bro Creedle,

Try to check your:-
1)Air Flow Sensor
2)Throttle body & Throttle Position Sensor(TPS)
3)Ecu

And the worst case is u hv to check all the wiring...This case similar to one of my fren evo4 with fully modded..Even it diagnose with MUT also didn't show any fault code then the mechanic do it manually step by step...Finally got it and is just the TPS failure only..Maybe the TPS not fully damage at all so the MUT couldn't show the fault code as the mechanic said..Try it, it won't cost u much..Juz my 2cent..Correct me if i'm wrong..

hey this thing happen to me months back! crankwalk! crank too much free play already!when cold ok, then when rembat then after traffic light step clutch engine die slowly, then my timing sensor also kong, and at times when rembat the car die by itself, bukan engine, crank bearing gone, conrod bearing also gone, adoi
 
i read from other forums (evolutionm.net) that Evo4 engine is more susceptible to crankwalk, is it your engine Evo4 ?
