my 2 cents.. if you are willing to sacrifice abit of comfort, then go for 205/45/16..
then get those lightweight rims..for 16" make sure each rims are no more then 5.9kg per rim.. that should offset abit the disadvantages of using 16" over 15"..

for 15" mostly is 195/50 or 195/55 .
hardly find 205 nowadays i think .

if go for 16" rim, get those original which is lightweight and better build compared to cap ayam.

and also, i think 45 is a bit too thin for daily use.

road in msia really crap, a lot of pothole, u dont want to end up with a bent rim :)

Even if u rev it all the time also will not drink petrol like this, same like my 2.2 subaru lol... Better send to specialist do full checking. Proton will not fix this kind of problem for u. Check o2 sensor etc is more sensible.

by sacrificing abit of comfort for 205/45/16....then what is better? 15?

15" with 55 profile tires.. good balance between performance and comfort..
16 with 45 more to performance..
16 with 50 or 55.. more to comfort..

up to you laa what you want..
but a neo with 55/16 i have tried before..
poor acceleration and this is after i have done quite some mods to my neo - custom exhaust.. acp, lcp, iridiums+plug cables, pdt and some other minor stuffs..
at 50/16.. ok laa.. still poor but ok laa.. liveable laa.. :driver:
