My brake system is teribble

Hi all,

Until today my brake system is still not that powderful. Few weeks ago, i brought my car to check my brakes .. so what they did is .. they change both front and rear brake pump, new brake fluid, clean the inside caliper and replace the tubes. I also change a new brake pad.

Then I found some weird noise when I stop the car .. I can hear this 'tik tik tik' sound. And, when I engage 1st gear got this weird noise too not 'tik tik tik' sound. :(

Any sifus can tell me what is wrong with my brake system. Already spent alot of money yet I get shitty braking system. :( :( :(

Brake pads quality. Maybe the pads haven seasoned yet. Some pads need to be seasoned.

Maybe the disc needs skimming too.

Correct, my brake also got sound...Needs to skimming the disc brake...but not recommend to skim (if u hv no budget)...

it might be your master pump or the servo bro....
i upgraded mine....and the braking power incresed....

use EBC Green Stuff brake pad shld b better.......

After all this u might miss out - > to check your brake pump servo.

Dont use OEM Proton brake pads lar...
Damn shit I tell u...
I knew but dun change n after accident then only realise...
Proton one are quite good when new but once like 50% left, it doesnt work as good as new... I get another ciplak one which foreman said will eat disc one and its a lot better... dun care about the disc anymore... If I die in an accident, got insurance also no use...

i think izit the brake pad? some brake pad like bendix metal king make some sound leh...
wat car u driving...if proton car u should opt 4 changing the dics n caliper to bigger 1 from mitsu...
i've changed my wira dics n caliper to gsr 1...now all my braking prob sattle...
