Simple reason can be due to the mounting la..but have to check also what exactly make the engine vibrates. Maybe due to cams ka, crank ker. If only due to the mounting, then senang. If other than than, hmmmm masalah jugak tu.

Senang2 masuk F20B DOHC or H22A terus, habis cerita!!. kekekeke

Dalam RM5k-RM5.5k. Tengok nasib la. Macam aku kata dulu, tengok mood diaorg masa tuh. Kalo nak murah lagi, dekat2 raya diaorg la, sure murah sikit!!.

last time for the torneo SiR hafkat in fujiyama they were asking for RM8k. like aja said... depending on their mood la.

there is also an accord CF4 SiR hafkat in takatsuki jln ipoh. the hafkat is left out to the mercy of the weather la... diorg tak sayang pun maybe because no one wants it hehehe... maybe because normally all the CF4s in mesia are DOHC VTECs oredy.

Only some people like me, and possibly syabab are using SOHC VTECs.

was thinking last nite... seems illogical la to convert to euro R. but this morning came back to my senses and seriously considering this option heheh

aja, amdfaisal,

hi guys, lama tak log in, this thread goes very fast hehehe...

brothers, you are right that CL1 rear bumper is the same as CF4 rear bumper except the rear lip.

but if we are gonna fit the rear CL1 lights, it cannot match with the rear CF4 bumper, because if you make the measurement inch to inch, the heights of the CL1 rear lights are taller/longer than the CF4 rear lights. morever, the shape of CL1 rear number plates are shorter and different than CF4 rear lights'. I tried this before, converting my rear CF4, the CL1 rear lights do not match with CF4 rear bumper. there will be a significant gap between the CL1 rear light and the CF4 bumper. DIY, measure the length between the CL1 rear lights to the CL1 rear bumper. it is not the same as the length between CF4 rear lights to the CF4 rear bumper.

these so God damn good Japanese engineers are very smart. They did these things into precision. It is not only the rear bumper/rear light that differs, the Euro-R wheel arches are also not the same. I have the Euro-R wheel arches fit into my CF4 but these Japanese engineers make some difference. there are noticable gaps between the Euro-R front wheel arches and CF4 front bumper as well as noticable gaps between Euro-R rear arches and the CF4 rear bumper. furthermore, I just screwed the front wheel arches into my CF4 body, but, there is no way to screw the rear Euro-R wheel arches into the CF4 body. CF4 front mudguard have holes for the screws but none for the rear. Takde lubang nak screw, have to modify one, but I love the body so I just use double-sided tape to attach the rear wheel arches into my car's body.

try to look very closely at these two pictures, the length of the CL1 lights and CF4 lights are not the same, thus, the distance from both lights to the bumper.

guys,

one more thing, don't be misled by the CL1 rear parts. FYI, the 2001 & above CF4 rear parts are exatcly the same as the Accord CL1 except the rear lip. so, you might actually referring to the CF4 model 2001 and above rear parts (that's why can get only RM5k).

see the attached files and compare the rear lips between the two.

file 'EuroR-161' is an ordinary CF4, model 2001 and above which has rear the same as CL1. but the car in this picture has modulo bodykit and modified with Euro-R twin exhaust.

file 'EuroR-157' is a genuine CL1. I like this spoiler, so damn brutal, hehehe...

5efte,

I had a very good deal last time for CL1 parts

- headlites + HID ballast, circuitry

bro, CL1 lights not included? how much now if include?

CL1 - Euro R
CL3 - facelifted accord (i suppose)
CL5 - ok gak kot... but how does a CL5 looks like?
CL7 and CL9 sure kenot la kot sbb different thing altogether har har har

hehehe...
CL1 - Accord Euro-R - H22A 220 bhp
CL1 - Torneo Euro-R - H22A 220 bhp
CL2 - Accord Wagon CF4 body, H23A, 4WD, 240 bhp.
for SV4 owners, they can convert their SOHC VTEC engine to this one, but don't take CL2 engine, take the CH9 engine, which has H23A without 4WD.

CL3 - Accord CF4 with Euro-R rear lamps - F20B SOHC VTEC.
CL4 ,CL5, CL6 - new generation Accord, wagon or 4WD with K20A?
CL7 - new gen Euro-R
CL8 - new gen Accord K20A 4WD
CL9 - new gen Accord K24A.

bro, looks like the car is not well maintained. morever, the engine has some problem.

before you proceed further, I suggest that you have a look at these pictures as attached herewith. don't concentrate on those tiny thingy things..such as your front fog light..just change the whole thing to Euro-R looks...hehehehe....

you are right, CF4 is shorter than SV4.

but, CF4 is much more:
1. it is exclusive JDM accord. non of the local accord looks as exclusive, rugged, sporty as CF4 (when it is in modded form).
2. looks is astonishing and it is rugged too.
3. body shell/chassis/platform is strong coz it is OEM DOHC-V.
4. handling, performance, 2nd to none...
5. what else? hehehee...friends, can add in.

just sell your SV4. Previously, I owned a 1996 local model SV4 with H22A CD8 engine before. And I sold it for a CF4. And, these two models are very different, item-to-item.

BTW, if you are buying one, try to get one with sunroof and GPS. They are rare.

khairiaz,

thx for the info.

for the list of parts offered to me... the lites are included front n rear.

Anyway, don't quite catch the statement you gave concerning the CL1 and CF4 rear bumpers. To me these two bumpers are the same which is in line with what you said but you also said that fitting CL1 tail lites will result in a significant gap between the bumper and the lites. So... the tail lites of CL1 are thicker than the ones of CF4

I am sure that the number plate holders are different and so is the form of the rear lites.

Well... to do the direct comparison... have to park my car side by side with aja's car la like that... but no sure kenot because my rear end is already converted to torneo.

Anyway... nice info you have here bro

yeah bro, I was referring to the rear lights only. I believe you bought the ori Torneo rear bumper, because the Accord rear bumper cannot fix. The length of Accord rear bumper is a 3-4 inches longer than torneo. Tried fix it at CYT Puchong few years ago but didn't managed to install it due to the different length.

Can !!, no problems...actually since then & now i'm still gatal2 nak tukar kete. Donno why. Now starting to hunting for CL7 la pulak, tengok la kalo ada. kekekekeke. Already asked few person to look for me already.

hehehe...good bro, go for it.

just FYI, late 2003, there were two CL7, red and black color, for sale, at that time the price was RM220k. Managed to see and drive the red-colored one, at SG Motor Credit, Dataran Prima, PJ. powerful, absolutely beautiful and exclusive car.

Since then, I do not know how many units have been brought from Japan. They offered me the red color at RM208k but since at that time, I already planned to work overseas, I did not buy it.

beginning 2004, no more recon JDM hondas allowed to be imported into Malaysia. there is one company, I forgot the name, 'XXXXX Motorsport' in Jalan Ampang, KL, which has licence from Gov to import new Hondas. you can check.

Not sure whether SG, Dataran Prima can get a new CL7 for ya but you can also check.
