No point troubleshooting anymore. Original ECU costs less than RM500. Trouble shooting consumes your time a lot more than that. You can send it to proton, ECU tuning only cost RM55 there.I had exactly same problem. What I did was:1. Fuel pressure test to confirm pump, injectors, fuel filter and hoses are in good shape.2. Compression test to check for cracks etc.3. Timing check to check if distributor, spark plug cables etc are ok.4. Battery voltage check when cranking.5. Coolant temp sensor, TPS, Oxy sensor and other sensors.6. TB servicing.7. Wiring check from sensor to relay to ECU.I wasted a lot of time to DIY check and spent a lot more on equipment. When the first false error message displays, it's the sign that the ECU ist kaputt. Kapish?</blockquote>
