1992 registered 1996.
Honda Civic EG 6 Sir
Sunroof.
AP Papers
Stock B16A 170ps Manual with LSD gearbox

I have used a lot of $$ to fix this car back up to par.

Changed suspension previously on EF to EG suspension correct forks and
rear trailing arms.
Ohlins suspensions (Adjustable hard/soft)
New Cooling system (radiator, hoses, water pump, gaskets, bits n pieces
here n there)
New head. (Had a temperature problem) I have changed to a new head and
new gasket.
New piston rings
New brake pads
Rewired engine bay and under dash
Advan RC 15" Rally rims
Spoon Chipped ECU Rev cut 9500rpm. No speed limiter.
Recently changed timing belt.
I have also gotten a spare tire space saver (which is very hard to find)
Front tires - Michelin MXF sport 95% changed late last year.
Rear tires - Falken Ziex 70%.
Rear Spoon style spoiler
2.5" exhaust piping with Fujitsubo muffler

All of the headaches with this car is over. Now its for the buyer to enjoy.

Best of all I am a gentle driver on the road alas a polite one. Only
took the car to sepang once with Honda club.
Change of engine oil before or at 5000km.

Why am I selling? Its very hard for me to sell as I LOVE the car very
much. I am restructuring my personal finances so it has to go.
I can be contacted at 0162100288 Arif.

Selling for RM45000 ono.

Yup leaving the Honda scene for a 'while'.. hahaha.. just be worried what will come out in 1 or 2 years time.. muahahaha... make sure its a monster H

I have a separate ported and polished head. But that one I can't seem to find the problem with it even with water tested and pressure tested all came out fine. But when its on, it will overheat the engine on long runs like outstation.

You can take that one for 100 bucks if you want. Still at my mechanics shop. No guarantee cause I myself don't know and it has a few mechanics baffled too.

Just wondering is 45k too much? I saw people putting 45k for converts. This is not a converted car. Its standard SIR import model. Converts shouldn't be at this price range. Am I correct to say so? Similarly an EF convert and an EF9, price difference will be very big.

Ofcourse subject to what they have done to the car. But but still.. ori baby..

well, if u are comfortable "departing" with your car at this price.. stay with it till potential buyers actually negotiate the price with you ;)

I would suggest the following:

1. Get a runner to help to arrange loan for your buyer. As bank normally will not offer loan for a car which is >10 years old...

2. Payment for runner to "kau tim" is Rm500. Let say the runner manage to get RM35K loan for the agreed selling price of Rm44K, the balance should be RM9k. You just collect RM8.5K as d/p and RM500 you pay the runner.

Although you might make Rm500 less but you can sell your car faster and some more less head-ache coz the runner will "kau tim" everything for you.

You happy, buyer happy, runner happy. A win-win-win situation.

:)
