Hi there,

for 4G92P engine.. is there an knock sensor.. if yes.. where it located.

It's located at the engine block there itself, somewhere in the middle of the block viewed from front engine bay. In other words, just look below the intake manifold till the engine block there where u can c a wire connecting the knocking sensor with a size 21 nut.

Hope that it helps u out buddy! Y ur meter panel shows "Check Engine" warning lamp ar?
 
Not really. suddenly want to know. No check engine light but feel want to clean it, engine 10yrs old.

u r most welcome softmuffin! Well, to be frank..... there's no need to clean the knocking sensor except when it shows the Check Engine light in ur meter panel.
 
Hi there,

alrite.. the problem is when i on my oir cold and keep the rpm at3K. the car will suddenly jek like fuel cut, donno why. xspecially the air cond kick in.. if turn off air cond.. everything ok

btw do u hav this problem before.. when i wash car.. u can see water mix with petrol come out from the rear suspension.. the petrol side..??

i got the same problem 2, when air con kompressior kicks in, the car will jerk once, very hard jerk... any one can help?
 
n one more thing, i advanced my distributor unting got knocking sound, but theres no check engine lite on .. got problem ar like dis??
