Well, all i can say is working life is pretty simple and straight-forward kinda things. Follow these few rules below:-

1) Work will never finish and if it really happens then you're finished also. hahaha!

2) Don't overstress urself. Get a good rest or TT wif frens.

3) During acceptance of employment, follow rules and regulations of company, don't simply take leave unless deemed emergency.

4) Give your 100% focus to the job and love your job. When you don't love your job, then its byebye to the company and u can start backpack oredi.

5) Always find time to talk to colleagues in office during coffee-break or have lunch with them together. Especially if you are the HOD or manager of that dept. Build your network of colleagues and friends in office.

6) Constantly motivate urself in work, have high integrity, be humble to learn, admit mistakes, teamwork emphasis, etc. There are difference between a leader and a manager.


Actually lot more of such philosophy in working environment, but no matter wat all dis principles are the same and no matter we are working for ppl or we are as own boss also the same. So work is work, rest if you must. Just dun stress yourself if not then cantonese said "Chau For Yap Mor" means Lari Api Masok Api.. hahahaahahahaahahahaha!

wahahaha... mike.. tahnks for the advice.. everyone in office been very supportive 2 me ler.. they also very close 2 me wan.. onli thing is the boss is killing everyone here.. hahaha.. like that day thurs have 2 finish work so late.. hehehe.. i don simply take leave wan ler.. unless i'm sick or got emergency onli.. but its normal if take ur AL after all the days u work ler.. sometimes need 2 take a break also.. my company not much rules wan ler thats the lucky thing.. can smoke in the office also wan.. onli prob is maybe the company is still new thats y boss keep pushing us to get more projects in ler.. but well things will work out pretty soon cause next week got new project edi..

Good la.. company got projects means its good to everybody cause nowadays de business movement are more focus on getting long term projects rather than those short term cause long term project can ensure ur business grows and also sustain ur current employee as it will also benefits ur company as overall as well.. alwis remember la without boss and work we won't have income and no income how to plan next step right?? ehehehehehehehe!
