that rot is easy job ma, once u take out ur tyre, see the rotor thete there is one big nut in the center, take out the center nut,open it up, then u can take out the whole front piece, the long rot is tighten up from inside ma. Once take out,u can put in new one. Remember to get the correct size of the rot,if u put long one u can put those deep dish rim.

the problem now is the rod already broke from inside and the nut cannor be remove....so now i need to cut the whole stupid rod out

can wanla, take out the center nut, take out the whole rotor, then u need to hit it out from outside and it will drop out one. Only problem teh size of the spanner for the nut i think is size 45, u don have that spanner.

bro..that small matter...but now the nut cannot remove from the rod..i cannot remove the rim...we need to use some force to take out the nut from the rod then only can take of the rim...haiiii]

thats mean your nut mess up the thread of the rod, no other way except using a "clipper" to turn it out or u use hammer and a "kuku kambing" to knock it out, this will take a couple of hour if u are not skillful.

i was planning to heat that nut and then use force to knock it out...can this work?

cannot work becos u might burn your rim, the nut need a few thousand degree it only melt. Sent to tyre shop let them kautimla.

finally thanks to butty..i manage to take out the brake drum cover together with the whole spare tyre on it...but bad news is..the stupid mech use to much force to open the nut and now i need to change the whole drum cover..walauleh...this week me damn bad luck...

must go and wash with 7 colour flower liaw
