A five-seater car packed with 10 people crashed head-on with a van in a Malaysian state on Borneo island, killing seven people including three children, a news report said Tuesday

I may be heartless saying this,but

wow, guess they brought it upon themselves.

It said the van swerved out of its lane and hit the car, a locally manufactured subcompact Kancil model.
And this... hhmm... the van should be sentenced to death penalty in front of a camera, broadcasted live throughout the nation. If proper notices, education, advices, bla bla bla what so what not is just not enough, then the hardest coldest way have to be used.
