Thanks for the complain to Tein Japan. Well, we do receive a lot of e mails everyday and sometimes, I think I do miss a few but I do remember quoting you prices on the spring though. Sorry about that and appreciate your feedback to japan on the zerotohundred forum and requesting Japan to change to another distributor in Malaysia.
By the way, we did not scold the customer and we did fix the suspension for him 2 times FOC. There are always 2 sides to a coin.
