I am damn happy wit futsal on friday night but after tat i am still in PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even use yoko yoko to relive the mucsel strain also cannot work..........cant even walk properly.........sit too long cant even stand shit!!!!............PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! luckly today still co go work but walk like one kind only haiz...............
