Whn i let the engine revs drop from 3000rpm....there is alot of engine braking. And i am talking literally feeling the car dip back. And if i step on the accelerator...even at 1% throttle...the car will jerk to the front. It should be a gradual and smooth transition as i accelerate...it should not jerk. I've changed a broken engine mounting yesterday and new spark plugs....but the problem is still there. Timing has also been readjusted but still same thing. Can someone help me out here....its really irritating to drive...especially in city driving. This thing does not occur above 3000rpm. :baring_teeth:

kikaider..its happen to me before but not sure we are having a same problem or not..
the jerking problem only happen during low rpm or city driving
check all the wiring and your grounding...

Yeah it happens in low RPM range...specifically btween 2k -3krpm. The engine is braking alot within that 1000rpm range. The car dips back alot. To me...it doesnt feel like a eletrical problem. Its definately mechanical. Blardy irritating me...furthermore exhaust got hole already...making stupid cracking sound...and everything is rattling in the car due to the loud Hayabusa. Feel like selling the car. Engine is not smooth at all.

may be is due to clutch or flywheel ? What modification have you done into the engine ? sound to me something extreme was done to it , and it's over it limit .

Just my 2 cent opinion . Because i used to have a car like that but it' not a honda , it waz due to flywheel being too light ... causing that kind of behaviour during jamsss

i think that is distributor problem,
i have experience that before, then i change distributor,it's ok now,

maybe you should check your throttle body there...i also had the same experience but mine was the throttle body problem..it's butterfly blade jammed a bit..so after serviced it then problem gone already...
