Plus, last year RPGT was abolished so flipping properties was good for awhile but now property market sucks. If you had the energy, can try buying commercial properties via auction but I'd rather drive a Honda. <img src="https://zerotohundred.com/forums/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/biggrin.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":biggrin:" title="Biggrin    :biggrin:" data-shortname=":biggrin:" />Now I'm just a farmer - feed-lotting of cows and hopefully in a month or two might start a kids clothing line but for cool kids. Wanted to buy 350z last year. Went to see but they wanted deposit of RM20k before I could test drive. <img src="https://zerotohundred.com/forums/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/banghead.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":banghead:" title="Banghead    :banghead:" data-shortname=":banghead:" /> And they wanted to make it very hard for me to pay for the car - insisted I pay them in batches of RM50k everyday for 4 days and the fifth day pay the RM30k or so (Total was RM230k). First time I've seen a person refuse receiving payment. :sleep:</blockquote>
