Ignition Timing

Hi There,
Does anybody know what is the correct degree of ignition timing for b8 engine? my car fuel consumption is very bad RM30(todays price) can do 130Km only.

thats OK what...... just dont haf just a heavy foot
and turn off the boost controller or fish bleed valve...
