How to delete post or a topic?

Anyone can tell me... i dunno whether i'm sleepy here or what but i dont find any Delete button for a particular post of topic.. anyone care to enlighten me?

even if edit can only edit off de contents but not de title...

if you start the topic , u are able to change the titles & delete the topic ..

and if i dont start the topic but just post replies to topics, i cant delete my post?
