with the pothole problems in this country my next car will surely be a hummer odi :( better check the suspension see anything leaking or not

porkchop,
keep up the gym work buddy, it helped me but now i play football almost evry evening, i;m also bordering on fat and b.p aint tht great either but the main thing is 'persistence' (boombastic wrd) haha

does the shift lock thingy got anything to do with P ?

happy motoring! B)

sonictheory,
best to test the car at that speed again to confirm the sound.. if that sound still exist, then relate the problem the the HSC mechanics and get them to check on your suspensions, joints etc related to the left part of the wheel.. get it aligned and balanced too! (might want to check the nuts bolting the rim to make sure there's no "bengkok" case.. might be scratching the rims at highspeed?)

Keano,
the shift lock thingy is just to unlock the lever (allowing you to shift from P>R>N>D>S>L) without pressing on the brakes.. (cuz u need to step on the brakes to release the lock on the lever).. hope my explanation ain't hard to understand :P

well, it helps to travel slowly at roads that you are not familiar with.. and for those roads that you travel often, keep note of the locations where these potholes exists ;)

Marlboro,
is that bad? hahahaha.. :P
where have you been la brudder.. busy dropping in K20a or something?

Noob,
welcome to the club :P
what sort of limits are we looking at here? (until what rev the engine explodes? top speed limit before explode? :P)

ABS can be disabled by removing the fuse from the fuse box (i think). but why do you want to do so? on the road, it's best to keep the ABS functional.. unless track then it's understandable la..

as per changing the rim, i ain't sure but i guess it would void warranty cuz it already affected the suspension, etc.. but i am not very sure, best to call HSC to enquire about it ;)

sonictheory,
careful a bit wei.. later after touch up, you kena again then jia lat.. last time when i added skirtings to my civic, i also hit the kerb cuz not used to height limit of the car.. so easily hit it.. haha, otherwise u can try mounting the reverse sensor on the skirtings :P

The actual name for our rides is called the Fit-Aria :P

choiiiii! no explosion crap wei.. our cars are still new! :o
once after 1000km, can slowly check on the performance of your ride by driving it harder and braking harder :P

ABS kicks in when you brake "faster" or you slammed on the brakes hard.. once i slammed until screeching tires O.O that was cuz to avoid a swerving lorry.. don't want to end up with a pancake City right?

Marlboro = Satellite Silver Metallic I-DSI
psychotic_ass = New Vogue Silver Metallic I-DSI
Coconut = Nighthawk Black Pearl VTEC
Keano = Nighthawk Black Pearl VTEC
