honda accord expert please help

hai guys.

I am going to get a secondhand honda accord 2.0 vtec year 2000 (cant effort to buy a new one :regular_smile: ). I am just need some info regarding this type of honda about :

1. performance/hp/enjin code

2. upgrade

3. Fuel consumption

4. problem/maintenance etc

150hp? its good enough, i saw the engine coming with sohc vtec with mileage
90k. The used car salesman told me that this engine use a small vtec, is that true?

i think i need to overhaul the engine, but the engine looks smooth, how about the fuel consumption? thank you for your advice.

the price shud b ard 50k for yr2000,my fren juz get 1 b4 cny

yes 5115, i get about 55k coming with full spec, leather seat, massage seat and ABS system with 15inc ice sport rim, gold colour. I ve already test drive after pay a booking and its look smooth eventhough when i open the engine cap its look a bit dirty/carbon. What do you think? please help coz im totally blured

according to my bro among toyota,nissan & honda,honda's engine is most dirty 1

Why 5115? is it because of the engine oil brand?

not sure,never get myself a honda...maybe is something related to V-tech i suppose...

Actually my cousin brother use this accord b4 and sold off b4 the CNY..
Been mention 150bhp but coz of the heavy body these car is still underpower..
Nice car and FC a bit high side as heard from him..

Performance part wise..

- Change the air filter
- Swap in V-tec controller
- Swap in ignition controller
- Change the piping

After change the above thing, u will feel a bit different on the performance on this car..

But I have heard my cousin bro said the FC is better thn the ori coz no need to accer too much..

Actually his car is in good condition but he saw Harrier (the lastest version..like robot) nice ma.. so he upgrade it lor..haha..sounds like very loaded..
Timing belt maintainance wise will be like normal cars..His plate no is ***7323..(can buy 4d liao..)hahaha...

ic, cant effort to get the harrier, by the way what engin oil i can use for this cars, is it semi or fully sinthetic?
