hi all,

i'm selling off my HKS Electronic Idling Stabilizer, model Type K, suitable for all types of Mitsubishi, it's used to reduce jerking while changing gears after Vent To Air Blow Off Valve installation, could also be used to eliminate engine shut down while driving same like the VTA BOV effect.

item is sold for only RM 250, new price is RM 550 sold at any KL performance shop, item is in penang, i'm a reliable seller, can meet me up or i can send this down to u within malaysia via registered post FOC.

can also call me at 012-4489468

cheers!!

hi all,

wanna add that previously i need this device to prevent my car from stalling, the reason i'm selling is coz i've upgraded to standalone engine management system....

gti(gsr)

sorry sir, ur rb20det is using hotwire, unlike mitsubishi turbos all using MAF karman setup, so uncompatible.... u should be looking for type H1 i think....

bro, can explain more details bout it ???

ctctw,

this device is primarily used for mitsubishi or other vehicles which utilize karman vortex air flow sensor setup, for me to explain how this device works, u need to understand the basics of MAF (karman) that is incompatible with Vent to Air blow off valve...

when the air is going in thru ur air filter, it goes thru the karman vortex MAF sensor, ur sensor uses light to capture the vortex of air passes thru, thus senses n provides a signal in hertz (compare this with MAP which uses voltage as reference) back to your ECU which your ECU will be able to tell how much of air going in to your turbine then ur intake manifold.......

now the problem comes when u install chew chew Vent to Atmosphere Blow Off Valve, the air measured by your MAF translates to how much ur ECU is telling the injector to ejaculate fuel, but all the values calculated by ur ECU is then thrown away by your vent to air blow off valve, which causes sudden over rich fuel dump to your combustion chamber, which then translates to jerking during gear change, or more specifically defined when the throttle body slams shut and the sudden vaccuum in ur intake manifold pulls open your vta bov, this is just jerking, some cars may even experience stalling means mati engine....

so the solution is either u change to MAP which requires a full standalone engine management system, or any piggyback like HKS Vein Pressure Convertor, MAF Translator, bla bla.......

or simply using this HKS EIDS.......100% eliminating ur engine stalling, and maybe much better in gear changing (depends on how u tune the setting in the EIDS)........

cheers.....

bro, can explain more details bout it ???
