High Security Car Alarm using mobile phone

Can we use prepaid.. can we customised the sms send by the alarm..

I'm thinking, use a prepaid sim card from celcom.

1) To reload, just do credit transfer from our hanphone to this sim card. So, it stays active. Eg : Transfer rm30 so the simcard is valid for 30 days.

2) Since maybe the prepaid won't be fully utilised by the alarm, we ask the alarm to type a customized message to transfer back some amount to our hanphone by type RM20 and send to 1019XXXXXXX. This means, simcard in the alarm has RM10 credit left, and airtime still valid for 30 days. If the alarm utilised more than that amount, you do step (1) again.

Every month, repeat the step above to maintain the airtime.

Do you think, my idea is possible or not?
