HID conversion

HID is illegal when you install it yourself and it glares other road users. Then i want to ask you a question, if I drive around with my ORIGINAL factory lights, and I drive it with high beam turned ON when I cannot see the road, legal or not? Its legal.

Can anyone elaborate about the aftermarket H4 or H1 bulbs?

What is the ori standard bulbs? Thanks

i've got an enlighting Q...... when u chg to HID, do you just chg the bulb or do you chg the whole system with the relay everything?
How much would it costs to chg the whole thing and will effect the batteries?
