Help Needed With Datsun 510

actually, i had read this somewhere but i am not quite sure how it goes, any ya i agree that bitumen in quite heavy but it helps keep the rust away as you said, but i wonder how heavy will it be??? Anyway, is there any alternative? The reason for this is, ride is better if there is less cabin sound where your audio will perform to its very best. Please chip in your suggestions. dunno la fren..that the only stated at the engine..the mechanic repaired that engine also dunno what the engine from..ehhe..

leros:can standard 4speed transmission for the 510 converted to 5speed..read other forum stated that l16 engine can used l18 5speed and bluebird 910 gearbox..it is juz plug n play or need to do alots of modification..becoz i'm quite interesting in l16 twin carb engine with 105bhp..but the only bad was the 4speed transmission..parah oo minyak if like that..but if can convert for 5speed should be good..

if u're looking for a pair of 510 taillights n dash, i've got it bro. in fact i've got a lot of 510 parts for sale. whether it is a 1300, 1400, 1600, 1600sss, you can try me. hey, glad to know that i'm not the only m'sian who love the 510 so much bro. the sr fits the 510 nicely so i don't think there would be any problems to fit the respectable CA into your 510. check me out sometimes k. chow 4 now bro

I was wondering if anyone had ever did sound proofing to their ride, if you did, what you did. I have heard some people pouring bitumen to their floor for sound proofing. Anyone have any comments and suggestion. Cheers and regards

but since it so noisy.. i thikking of taking out all the isulating material also

cause i wanted maybe some part as i am modd my 160j datsun

(u.k known as violet) and due to financial status i just stick to ohc tune...

if any stuff ur think still ok just pm me if i need or will used to it...

The cost to buy a 510 depends on the condition and of course if you can find a seller as it is quite difficult to get one now.
