Help!!CF5 or Gallant GDI??

I think that one is 4G93, not 4G63. As we know, 4G63 is Evo 1-9 engine codes. 4G93 is 1.8cc GDI engine, not 2.0cc

is it the Galant car color is white?.

Aja.... Its not the white one. The white one is a GDI but not sure if its a EC7A engine. Its the grey one in the newspapers. I checked the JPJ papers and it says 1997cc and the engine no: 4G63 CM0600

The chasis is JMYSREA2A1Z000536

I'm really confused now man. hahaha. Any idea whats happening? By the way u stay around PJ? I could take u to see the car if you want coz its in PJ and believe it or not it belongs to my gf's uncle haha

I've read that there is a 4G63 non turbo engine. So does that mean that i can just mount a turbo in?

That was quite weird. Are u sure the guy got the car initially from CBU Japan?. As far as i know, Galant 2.0 CBU Japan comes with chasis EA/EC**** and it's engine is 4G94. and most of the kedai potongs in here do not have the halfcut with 4G63 non-turbo, since all halfcut originally come from Japan.

Or it can be he got the car from S'pore or some other countries. Better check the custom form JK69 & JK1. try to asked his help.

BTW, i'm staying in S. Alam.

I think the 4G63 is the naturally aspirated version. Probably la i think. He said directly brought in from Japan in 2001. Built for Malaysian roads with no Turbo in 2000. Apparently thats what he said la.

So i guess that its an evo engine without the Turbo haha. Anyways is it possible to add on a turbo kit? I know that u won't get the same boost and will most likely reach boost of 0.5 only. sigh.....

But then again it seems like a good buy since i know the owner already and it has been take cared of very well. Try to to hack it down to 70 k hehehe.

Are there any Galants available in Shah Alam? i haven't been there in awhile also.

The EA or EC series Galant have the following engines:

1. 4G93 - 1800cc NA (EA1A or EC1A)
2. 4G64 - 2400cc NA (EA3A or EC3A)
3. 6A13 - 2500cc Turbo (EC5A)

Actually u forgot to add 1 more, EC/EA Galant do come with 4G94 2.0cc DOHC/SOHC. Limited model Galant Viento MT came with recaro seats etc.

Almost impossible to see Galant in S. Alam. Last time got 1 EC7* 6A13 TT female doctor owner. Blue color. Bought at DMT Pandan. Now for sale already.

I guess the 6A13 TT 24v maintenance is a killer la.

So Zarafrost,

have u decided which one to buy?.
CF4 also good. Galant also good.

Just pay $$$ & owned them. hehehe
