Halfcut prices

Certain parts on the R made from better quality materials and offer better performance from the parts like the intake manifold, extractor, etc. etc. and the piston is coated to reduce friction. The ECU also more performance oriented.

no wonder tap R parts are relatively expensive....:baring_teeth:

bro,
is this the normal price for convertion EJ6 to B18 series?

rm7000-7500 = b18c gsr

where's loc u do the convertion?
the price halfcut+installation+engine oil+timming belt = rm7k-7.5k?

what the diff between b18c tapR and b18 gsr?

..that is hafkat price only. workmanship+engine & g/box oil+belting, different workshop, diff pakej. usually, should be xtra $2+++!

i buy jdm GF-ek4 b16a hafkat & do convertion at selayang, FF auto there. cost me $8500 for everything done.

lots of different. one is R and one is not.

as hattech-v_san & shiroitenshi_san said.. much2 different!

..some mass reduction campared to gsr!

lighten flywheel = -0.750kg
lighter engine, exhaust pipings = -3.329kg
aluminium radiator = -1.350kg
compact batery = -3.000kg
..bla..bla..bla..

total decrease: -65.017kg! [if buy ONE car dc2 tap R..]

compression ratio:
b16a eg6,9/ek4 = 10.4:1, 168hp@7800/116lb-ft@7300
b16b tapR ek9 = 10.8:1, 184hp@8200/118lb-ft@7500, 4.400FD LSD g/box

b18c gsr dc? = 10.6:1, 178hp@7600/129lb-ft@6200
b18c tapR dc2 = 11.0:1, 197hp@8000/134lb-ft@7500, 4.785FD LSD g/box!

so, bigger compression is higher hp lor..
