funny encouter with your mitsu

this happen before my beloving EVO3 got stolen.

Pump guy: wow, ini wira manyak cantik lah
me: buka wira lah, EVO
Pump guy: Hai? apa sal ini EVO mahu tiru Wira?
me:.................


A Civil driver chase me until one petrol station

driver: bang, apa kete ini? saya baru dekat, u hilang, bila u lambat, baru saya mahu tengok, u hilang lagi

me: oh ini EVO 3 lah

driver: Apa? EVO 3? bamgsa apa?

me:............ Mitsu misi lah

drive: oh! ada turbo kah?
me:................

Now, with my EVO 7

pump guy: wow, cantik ini waja hor, manyak meter...
me:..... boleh tahan la,
pump guy: boleh sampai 180 tak?
me:........................

hahahah i got a similar story also for my E9!!

Story 1:
Gal 1: Wah, cantik nya bodykit wira ini.
me: almost fainted and speechless..

Story 2:
Friend: Wow, where you buy the brembo brake cover ar? Nice leh.. how much?
me: wah lau,.... this is the real thing lah bro....

i guest this is the problem when you drive a performance car base on a general/common model. (evo, M3, M5)
it's easy to imitate, and most of them on the road are fakes.

but i shall say EVO7/8/9 is harder to imitate.

chick usually go for guys driving bmw,merc sports, new honda civic, jazz, vios, swift... but not evo.... heehhehehe. coz they cant tell what car is it.. and they always mistaken as a wira or waja... due to the fact that the wira/waja always try to copy the evo's..... sigh

i have too many stories about E10, but so far i like it because it makes my car less 'out there'..dont have to worry too much when parking. =)

Han, no laa .. Don't say authorities dumb laa .. Seriously if u think of it, how many of them knows the workings of an Evo, a WRX, a Skyline or a Porshe, a Lambo or a Ferrari for that matter.. there so many fine details in it and not surprising they wouldn't know about it unless they were true petrol heads and read up on the specs and can keep track of the various models of cars ...

for Porshe, a Lambo or a Ferrari, they won't be kacau by the authority in the first place.

Because Porsche, Lambo & Ferrari, police/JPJ scared of the 'connections' the owners may have to the very top ..

For the mitsu, they 'assume' since owners 'have' a flamboyant b/kit, owners must be loaded $$ and can 'buy' some kopi/teh ...

no, they think you must be driving one of those fake evos with illegal engine transplant.
stop first, talk later. if kena tangkap basah, you no money also die die need to borrow to get the car out.

i oso kena with my evo6.

got roadblock after tol sungai rasau.heading to klang.very jam that time...i patient wait i tot got car accident infront. then i see got many con infront..heh i know that roadblock..then i jalan untill at the police officer.fist lepas then second officer suruh i go tepi..then i go la tepi mati engine and giv ic n driving license.he said bang ada tak surat petukaran engine. then i blurred already.i said why need surat tukar engine..this is and evo original.i buka engine dah that time..then he go round 1 car..dia ask kawan dia..tanya ini waja ke evo? i that time i heard what he said..then i go back .. bang tahan satu waja then u see what the diff evo6 and waja..and that time no waja lalu pula! dem. then one of their friends said .. ini evo ori la at his friends..then itu polis giv me go..heh so funny ler..terus i go back bawa laju heh..coz i need hurry they boleh tahan lama lama. but so funny le..my fiance laugh only heh

I respect them......this is not the first time they did this kind of mistake. Try to keep a fotocopy Reg card with you everytime to avoid this issue to happen again .
