JDM EK4 SiR climate control equiped with a small LCD display screenwith climate mode and status. An usefulpush and eject storage din is available as well. Great condition. Lights up in amber color. Direct fit on local EJ 96~00 dashboard without anymodificiation, just plug and play. Need to slightly mod the wiring though to get it works, but it's an easy job that most aircon shops can handle and get it done without removing your old dashboard.

Gotta swap the sensor and relay which can be obtained from most aircon service shop.

Cooling coil and blower is the same, just have to slightly rewire it and replace the transistor and sensor which can be obtained easily from shops.

although i'm not a prospect buyer here, but i hope i can gain some knowledge from you. my question might sounds silly to you or others, but anyway, my questions goes like this, is it all the ek4 halfcuts come with the same climate control design as above? thanks!

ferio76, when you say ek4 halfcuts, that will means what you have been seeing in the scrapyard or the halfcut shops. Usually these EK4 might be obtained from Japan or Singapore. 96~98 and 99~00 have different climate control and the 96~98 alone has 3 versions depending on Japanese spec or Singapore spec. Singapore spec is exactly the same with the local EJ while the Japanese one is more advance with the option of this one or the other one with navigation system.

Having thought that, ek4 halfcuts might not come with the same climate control as what I'm posting here.
