Fm converter/booster problem..

guys, i just bought some made in japan CD player. as you know, Japan FM is not as same as ours.. so i buy this FM booster to receive our local channel. unfortunately, the channel are not so clear at all. it's getting worst when i travel out of KL. Please advice me what to do and give me your opinion regarding this problem. thank you..

its normal if you're using FM booster.
