Evo 6 Dashboard Lights & Fasteners

Dear MLOC Sifu's,

I have a 1999 Evo 6 (CP9A) which is still going strong. Unfortunately some of the dashboard button lights have gone kaput. I have asked my mechanic (who has been servicing this car for the past 6 years) but he is not sure if these lights are replaceable hence his reluctance to remove the dashboard. The other issue I have is where to get fasteners for the fender and bumper which have loosened over the years.
