All wiring is included with Evo 3 ecu. you will have gear box, radiator, intercooler, aircond system, alternator, starter and all the other parts except the Engine Turbo and intake with injector. My car already endorsed. So no worries for new eng registration. I will register for you for free.. Model 1997. 16 inch sparko rally rim and tien adjustable soft hard , boost meter and timer goes with it...
