EG/EK Rear Fork Size Suspension

Hi, my civic eg is on d2 lower arms.

Just bought a d2 coilover but fork size is much bigger than lower arm.

Can i add washer to make up the space ??? or add rubber bushings ??? or change lower arm ??

Yeah, can add washer, if you got the money, get some bushes done at local machine shop. usually if you have the wider fork, you can use any USDM lower control arm. Local ones I think they made it narrower so EG can use EK shocks.
